With years of faculty experience at numerous colleges and universities I have amassed a plethora of knowledge and a very adaptive teaching style. Everyone has a different voice and may not respond to the exact same teaching methods. If one approach doesn't work, we'll work together to find one that suits you.

With over 18+ years of classical piano training, musical direction credits and countless auditions played, I won't have my nose buried in the book while accompanying you, thus allowing me to offer constructive comments while you rehearse. Supplying students with an accompaniment that consists of the "notes on the page" provides an accurate representation of what the pianist will be playing once you step into the audition room. Not knowing the accompaniment is just one of the many factors that can affect an actor's audition.

To further aid in your rehearsal process, a digitally recorded CD containing your accompaniment can be provided by lessons end. This will enable you to rehearse more efficiently, avoid tedious tape rewinding and also provide you with superior audio quality. MP3 format is also an option for easier importing to your MP3 player.
